Welcome to Onvers. By accessing or using our website (https://onvers.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Account Registration

Users must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, prices, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The order is only confirmed when dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Prepaid orders are eligible for a 5% discount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across all over India.

Estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping location and product availability.

Orders below ₹500 will incur a ₹70 shipping charge.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not accepted.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests must be initiated from the “My Account” section by filling out the respective return/exchange form.

Approval is subject to admin review.

Items must be unused, with original tags intact.

8. Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days upon approval of cancellation, return, or exchange.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, misuse of the site, or abuse return/exchange processes.
