•    We at Onvers try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that's why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to Onvers.com > scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Select the color > Click on Buy Now > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information > make the payment through Credit/Debit Card  or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > your order would be placed successfully.

•    Normally it takes upto 7 to 10 day reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).



•    We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner.



•    We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.



•    If you receive an open or a tampered package at the time of delivery, Please Do Not Accept it.

•    If your order value below Rs. 1000, Our courier partners may charge, its all depends on your location.



Returns/Exchange

Returns and Exchange: In case customer don't like the ordered product, our '7 day return policy' gives an option to Return the items purchased on Onvers.com  within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. In case you receive the same product you have ordered but still need size exchange than you can send the request within 7 days of receiving the product oryou can also mail us at support@onvers.com, In that case we will arrange reverse pick-up of the product. However, size replacement is subject to availability of required size with us.



Returns Policy:

At Onvers.com we have 7 days returns &exchange policy. Returns/exchange is accepted if following conditions are met:-

•    Returns/exchange request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery of the product(s)

•    Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds

•    Please make sure that the returned item(s) is unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

•    Shipping Charges will be non-refundable.

•    If the packet is received in damaged/defective condition, please notify us immediately and share the snap shot at support@onvers.com

•    Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

•    If you return the products or you have paid using a credit card, debit card or Netbanking refund will be credited to you within 15 to 30 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same
